My family stays in a 40 years old house in GK2 having an old terrace. We had been facingsome water seepage issues requiring regular paint-works. We had also started doing some terrace urban farming which probably added to the problems. So, we approached our waterproof coating expert - Vishal Rustagi from Professional Techical Services. Vishal promptly visited our house rooftop last year in March’23 with his team member and reviewed the issues. While most water proofing vendors would suggest adding tiles to the roof, Vishal was not in favour of it and honestly adviced us to get water-proof epoxy coatings done on the rooftop. His team worked for nearly 3 weeks on our roof and after 3 coats, our rooftop was made to look fresh, new and ready for anything! Since last year we have continued to do our rooftop farming, 3 full seasons of summer, monsoon and winter have passed; and our house now looks free from water seepage issues.
